Sharing is caring

From a young age, I witnessed the sharing of food products by my parents and grandparents with relatives and neighbors. We had small farming, but if the amount of product is in excess, they will sell it. Today morning, me and my dad went to my aunt's home to get spinach. She came a little bit earlier and told us to come home and get the spinach. During May, we used to have a distribution of drumsticks and mangoes. I used to accompany my dad to our relatives. We also had cultivation of brinjal and lady's finger, and I still remember that the first niece in the home was three months older when me and my dad visited her with our agricultural harvests. She was trying to hold a huge brinjal with her tiny fingers. She couldn't do that, so me and my cousin sister helped her to hold it. She thought it was a toy to play with, but finally gave up on it because of its heavy weight.
